The Ashtead Room

The Duxbury Room
On the first floor of Linchens Bed and Breakfast, The Duxbury is the largest bedroom that is available - ideal for families, and of course with en-suite facilities.
The Duxbury Room is spacious enough to have a double bed and up to 3 additional single beds. This bedroom's en-suite facilities include shower, toilet and wash basin.
Facilities Available In All Rooms
Each bedroom has access to the internet, and parents can also request the use of a Playstation or Nintendo Games Console to keep the children (of all ages!) occupied. A selection of board games can be provided and the house has a telephone/fax machine available for the use of guests.
As you would expect from a high quality B&B near Gatwick Airport, every room has tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable beds and ample heating for the colder months of the year.
Guest Lounge Information
There is a large TV in the main guest lounge of the B&B, with Satellite channels.
The Carlisle Room (Fully Booked Throughout 2012)
On the ground floor of Linchens Bed and Breakfast, The Carlisle is a luxurious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an additional single 'pull out' bed (maximum 4 occupants).
Ideal for a small family or group of friends travelling together, this room also has en-suite facilities including shower, toilet and wash basin.
There is a feature 'blue glass bowl' basin, underfloor heating and a luxury 6ft bath.
